How to Clean Brushes:

• Holding brush hair face down, run them under warm water.
• Gently squeeze out any excess water and makeup residue.
• Apply a dime-size amount of mild soap and olive oil into the palm of your hand.
• Massage the hair into your palm in a circular motion under running water until the water runs clear, being careful not to submerge the brush.
• Gently squeeze out any excess water using a clean towel.
• Let the hair air dry in an open space.

Ferosh offers easy 7-days return/exchange policy to our customers from the date of delivery.

In case you receive a damaged/defective product, Ferosh should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share images at marketing@feroshindia.com

Any returned product that does not fulfill the below mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be refunded in that case.

The returning product should meet the following requirements:

• The products should be unused.
• The product should have the original packaging and tags. Products without the original tags will not be accepted.
• They should be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.

Please make sure that the returned products are packed properly to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Once we receive the returned products, our quality team will check on the products.

The Return Process

Once we get notified about the exchange/return, these cases may arise :

• The product is damaged/defective- We would be arranging the pickup from your registered address.
• Customer did not like the product- He/She should contact us in 24 hours and a return pickup will be scheduled.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT WILL NOT BE GENRATED IF ANY IF THE REQUIREMENTS AREN'T FULLFILLED

Shipping:

FEROSH deliver orders Pan India via Pickrr courier service. Orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the time of order confirmation. Deliveries are done between Monday and Saturday between 9 am and 6 pm IST.

The courier will make 3 attempts at delivery. If after the third attempt, the customer is unavailable, the courier company will return the parcel. If you would want re-delivery, you have to send us the request via email and thereby Rs 100/- will be charged as a re-shipping cost.
