WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS RECEIVED IN A DAMAGE CONDITION?

For our records it is necessary to click a picture of the defect and email it to us along with your order number. All you need to do is pack the product in its original packing including the invoice and send back to us to the invoice address. Once we have the product with us, we’ll conduct a quality check on it and replace the product for you. Only if the same item is not available you buy any other item from our store.
