FEROSH offers easy 7-days return/exchange policy to our customers from the date of delivery.
In case you receive a damaged/defective product, FEROSH should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share images at email@example.com.
Any returned product that does not fulfill the below mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be refunded in that case.
The returning product should meet the following requirements:
- The products should be unused.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags. Products without the original tags will not be accepted.
- They should be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
Please make sure that the returned products are packed properly to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Once we receive the returned products, our quality team will check on the products.
The Return Process
Once we get notified about the exchange/return, these cases may arise :
- The product is damaged/defective- We would be arranging the pickup from your registered address.
- Customer did not like the product- Products have to be returned at the customer's expense at our invoice address.

We have a NO CASH Refund Policy. All Refunds will be processed in the form of Coupons Only. All Coupon codes are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on www.feroshindia.com.
Redeeming your COUPON
- A Refund Coupon is valid only for 3 months from the date of issue.
- A Coupon can be used for a Cart value equivalent to or more than the value of the coupon.
- A Coupon cannot be used if the Cart Value is lesser than the value of the Coupon.
- A Coupon cannot be split into different amounts.
- Any item can only be refunded thrice in exchange of a coupon.
- Two or more coupons cannot be combined.
- Coupons are non- transferable.
*Sales product comes under Non-returnable categories unless there is damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.
