Any returned product that does not fulfill the below mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be refunded in that case.
The returning product should meet the following requirements:
- The products should be unused.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags. Products without the original tags will not be accepted.
- They should be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
Please make sure that the returned products are packed properly to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Once we receive the returned products, our quality team will check on the products.
The Return Process
Once we get notified about the exchange/return, these cases may arise :
- The product is damaged/defective- We would be arranging the pickup from your registered address.
- Customer did not like the product- He/She should contact us in 24 hours and a return pickup will be scheduled.
REFUND/REPLACEMENT WILL NOT BE GENRATED IF ANY IF THE REQUIREMENTS AREN'T FULLFILLED

FEROSH deliver orders Pan India via Pickrr courier service. Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days from the time of order confirmation. Deliveries are done between Monday and Saturday between 9am and 5pm IST.
The courier will make 3 attempts at delivery. If after the third attempt, the customer is unavailable, the courier company will return the parcel. If you would want re-delivery, you have to send us the request via email and thereby Rs100/- will be charged as a re-shipping cost.
